Saudi Ejar

Import Ejar Contracts in Seconds

Upload a signed Ejar PDF and Aqarflow extracts the parties, term, rent, and payment schedule automatically. No retyping. Built for Saudi real estate teams using the Ejar platform.

Why teams import Ejar instead of retyping

Every Saudi rental contract goes through Ejar — the official platform of the Real Estate General Authority. Once signed, you get a PDF. Most teams then retype every field into their property management system: parties, ID numbers, term dates, rent, payment frequency. It takes 15-30 minutes per contract and introduces typos.

Aqarflow reads the Ejar PDF for you. The contract is created in seconds with the full payment schedule generated, ready for rent collection. Your team gets back hours per week and the data is exactly what Ejar said it was.

What the Ejar import handles

Built specifically for the Ejar contract format used across the Kingdom.

Automatic field extraction

Parties, national IDs, contract number, start and end dates, rent amount, and payment frequency are all read from the PDF directly.

Payment schedule generated

A monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual rent schedule is created automatically based on the contract terms.

Original PDF preserved

The Ejar PDF stays attached to the contract for audit, dispute resolution, and any future regulatory check.

Backfill historical contracts

Already have years of Ejar contracts? Import them all and mark which payments have already been collected — your books catch up to reality in one session.

How it works

Three steps from PDF to active contract

The full Ejar import flow takes about a minute per contract.

01

Upload the signed PDF

Open Contracts → Import from Ejar. Drag in the signed PDF or pick it from your device.

02

Confirm extracted fields

Aqarflow shows the fields it read. Review, correct anything ambiguous, and submit.

03

Contract goes live

The contract is created with payment schedule, receivables, and deposit hold — ready for rent collection.

What we don't do (yet)

Aqarflow imports signed Ejar PDFs. We do not currently offer a direct API integration with the Ejar platform — we cannot pull contracts directly from your Ejar account or post new contracts back to Ejar. You sign in Ejar, then bring the PDF here.

For most teams that flow is fine — the signed PDF is the canonical artifact anyway. If a direct Ejar API integration becomes important to you, tell us and we will let you know if it is on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions about Ejar import

No. We import signed Ejar PDFs in one direction only — Aqarflow does not currently push contracts back to the Ejar platform. You sign contracts in Ejar, then import the PDF here.
Yes. The historical-contract backfill flow lets you import Ejar contracts whose start dates are in the past, and mark which months have already been paid. Past receivables and payments are back-dated automatically.
The confirmation screen shows every extracted field before the contract is saved. You can edit anything — names, dates, rent amounts — and submit only when it looks right.
Yes. The signed Ejar PDF is attached to the contract and remains accessible from the contract page for audit, dispute resolution, and regulatory checks.
The current parser is tuned to the standard Ejar template. Older PDF layouts or scanned (non-digital) PDFs may extract fewer fields automatically — anything missing can still be filled in manually during the confirmation step.

Stop retyping contracts. Start importing them.
