I own three small apartment buildings in Riyadh. About 18 tenants total. I do all the management myself. Right now I use WhatsApp and a notebook. What plan should I pick?

The honest answer: Start with the Starter plan (SAR 99/month) — it removes the 2-property cap and lets you handle all 3 buildings. You will use Ejar import for the contracts, the receivables timeline for rent tracking, and the mobile app for everything day-to-day. If at some point you want to bring on a leasing assistant, upgrade to Professional. Until then, Starter is plenty.

Yes. The Free plan is permanently free as long as your portfolio fits within 2 properties and 10 units. There is no trial countdown on Free — it is the plan, not a teaser.
No. If you write contracts yourself, you can create them directly in Aqarflow's lease workflow. The Ejar import is an option, not a requirement.
Not at the moment — tenants pay you directly (bank transfer, cash, cheque) and you record the payment in Aqarflow. We are evaluating direct tenant payments as a future feature.
The Free plan covers a single building (up to 5 units per property cap, 2 properties workspace cap). Most solo single-building landlords run the entire portfolio on Free indefinitely.
Aqarflow is built specifically for the Saudi market — Ejar integration, SAR pricing, Arabic-first interface, Saudi accounting categories. Generic global tools require workarounds for all of this. We do not.
