Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes. Properties are unlimited on every paid plan and during the free trial. Units are unlimited on Starter and Professional; Solo has a unit limit, and the Free plan works within set limits. The paid plans also differ in users and workspaces, and the pricing page has the numbers for each plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every account starts with a free trial that unlocks every feature with no property, unit, or user limits, so you can evaluate the platform with your real portfolio. When the trial ends your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted: anything beyond its limits stays read-only until you upgrade, which you can do at any time. What are the trial limits?

Plan limits do not apply during the trial: add as many properties, units, and members as you need to test the platform, and up to 5 workspaces. Plan limits start when the trial ends, or as soon as you subscribe to a paid plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can switch between the paid plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle, as long as your account fits the smaller plan.
